BRM Solicitors advise in car dealerships’ Honda franchise transfer

2nd February 2012 saw completion of the sale of the hugely successful Honda Motor Car franchise by Chesterfield based Gordon Lamb to Gilder Group. Both companies are among the biggest and most well known car dealerships in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. What is more, both are long established and important clients of BRM.
