As the pace at which demand for our services continues to increase, we have expanded and restructured our Residential Property Team so that we can maintain the high quality service that our clients expect and deserve from us.
On 01 October 2013, BRM welcomes Stuart Taphouse to the firm.
A former Director of Banner Jones Limited and latterly a partner at James Peters & Co. Stuart will become a Partner and act as Head of our Residential Property Department.
Stuart (pictured) will embed our high service standards and compliance with our Law Society Conveyancing Quality Accreditation.
He will lead a team of experienced conveyancers, with good knowledge of the local property market and strong relationships with many estate agents and other professionals in the area.
David Woodhead is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 20 years’ experience in residential property and was previously with the firm Woodhead & Hoole until they merged with BRM in 2011.
Joe Cooper is a conveyancing clerk who has been with the firm for 10 years and is working towards qualification as a Legal Executive.
The final member of the team is Julie Gretton, a solicitor with over 20 years in the legal profession who BRM welcomes to the firm on 30 September.
Our conveyancers are complemented with a dedicated support team consisting of Liz Blank, Leah Crean, Claire Pinder and Bev Palfreyman assisting with administration and client liaison.
